Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hroll.tees@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or store credit right away.

Every product is printed to order.
Because each piece is created just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, contact us.
We’ll investigate with our print partner and replace when possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for verified defects, misprints, or lost shipments after carrier review.
All refunds go back to your original payment method.
